Introduction to the Travel Redress Service
The Travel Redress Service is operated by IDRS Ltd, which provides a number of arbitration and other schemes for the resolution of disputes between travel businesses and their customers.
The oldest and best known of these schemes is the “Arbitration Scheme for the Travel Industry (ASTI)” which is provided in conjunction with ABTA (The Travel Association). For more information on ASTI click here.
